KDP reset password fails to send code

Resent password on Kindle Publishing Direct (Amazon) just failed

I haven’t logged into KDP for a while and initially wasn’t sure what my password was so I tried to reset it.

When I did that and entered my phone number I didn’t get a code. I clicked the link to resend the code and still did not get a code.

Then I remembered my password so I logged in and it sent me a code immediately.
